* rushIMPRINT will ship in 1, 3, or 7 working day(s) after receipt of complete order and approved artwork.
* Order and Camera Ready Art must be received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. An order confirmation will be e-mailed the same day. If received after 12:00 PM, order will be considered as received the next day.

* Your request for rushIMPRINT service constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without approving an art proof or imprinted sample.
* Orders are limited to catalog quantities only.
* All orders subject to inventory availability.
* Orders will not be processed without approved credit.

Return Policy
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact Customer Service at 1- 866-277-RUSH (7874) or e-mail: info@rushtshirts.com. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). Defective products or apparel will be replaced promptly.  We will not accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects.

International Shipping Policy
Duties and Taxes: For orders shipping outside the U.S. and Canada, duties and taxes are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by rushTSHIRTS. Please consult your local customs office to determine the charges due at time of delivery.  Due to import/export restrictions, rushTSHIRTS is unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, and Somalia.
